Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Perishable items (e.g., butter, fresh pickles) are not eligible unless damaged or spoiled upon delivery

Refunds:

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, we offer either a replacement or a full refund

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened food products

  • Items not in original condition
